Progressives are non-competitive programs that offer a shorter term commitment with an opportunity to progress each week. We offer different progressives throughout the year with a variety of dance genres/styles and instructors. Access to HD production footage and select performance opportunities may be available.

Get ready to build a strong foundation in breaking! This progressive focuses on essential techniques like toprock, footwork, and freezes. You’ll expand your floorwork vocabulary and gain confidence dancing on the ground to a mix of funk, breakbeats, and Hip Hop tracks, perfect for anyone looking to grow their skills and style.

This progressive will focus on grooving, footwork, flow & floorwork. It will also dig deeper into the roots of house dance and culture. Explore the elements of other styles that influenced the house dance "vocabulary".

With a focus on community-building and shared moment, Bison's Afro Dance will make you travel through Africa with the steps and the music, from Ivorian Coupé Décalé, Ghanean Azonto, to Cameroonian Bikutsi or Congolese Ndombolo, to name a few. Fun, self-expression, body awareness, cardio, and coordination are some of the benefits that you will get from his Afro Dance classes.
