Progressives are non-competitive programs that offer a shorter term commitment with an opportunity to progress each week. We offer different progressives throughout the year with a variety of dance genres/styles and instructors. Access to HD production footage and select performance opportunities may be available.

June 1st - July 6th
Mondays 7:00pm - 8:15pm
Instructor: Carmen Gans
In this welcoming and supportive environment, you’ll learn basic barre exercises, footwork, and simple centre combinations that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Our instructor will guide you through each step, helping you improve your posture, body awareness, and coordination while encouraging creativity and self-expression.
Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, tone your muscles, or just experience the beauty of ballet, this is a perfect place to start. No prior experience is required—just bring your love for movement and a passion to learn!
WHAT TO WEAR?
Fitted non-restrictive attire (leotards, body suit, leggings, dance pants, fitted tank tops or t-shirts). Avoid extremely loose clothing that may hinder movement or get caught during dance. Hair should be tied back out of face.
SHOES:
Ballet slippers, barefeet or socks.
June 5th - July 10th
Fridays 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Intro/Beginner level. No experience needed!
This is a party AND a work out!
We'll break down basic moves and party dances all while getting a great workout and having a blast. No experience needed—just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
WHAT TO WEAR?
Comfortable, loose, non-restrictive clothing.
SHOES:
Clean indoor sneakers.
July 13th - August 24th
