Beginner level. Some experience recommended.
Learn and improve basic barre exercises, footwork, and simple centre combinations that build strength, flexibility, and balance.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Fitted non-restrictive attire (leotards, body suit, leggings, dance pants, fitted tank tops or t-shirts). Avoid extremely loose clothing that may hinder movement or get caught during dance. Hair should be tied back out of face.
SHOES:
Ballet slippers, barefeet or socks.
